Business Development Representative
Ryan Barrett is a Business Development Rep who helps our customers to sell the White Bear way, including countless coffee cuppings, demos and sales training. Ryan helps our current customers grow their coffee business while constantly looking for new partners interested in joining the White Bear family. Ryan helps operators to maximize their profitability and realize the potential of the OCS segment of their business. Previously, Ryan worked for leading freight brokerage company Coyote Logistics before jumping at the opportunity to work in the family business and joined the White Bear team in 2016. He graduated from Western Michigan University where he played varsity soccer and graduated with a degree in Sales and Marketing. Scott Aalbers is a Business Development Rep who works with operators and their sales teams to offer premium coffee products to their customers. While always on the lookout for new business, Scott puts a special emphasis on working with current customers to grow the size and profitability of their coffee programs. He has been in the coffee industry since 1995. Prior to joining White Bear Coffee, Scott has been an OCS operator in Austin and the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University.
